Haley Fine Cues
Here is a gorgeous Haley with all the signature attributes you would want in a cue from Ron. This is a rare 4 pointer with with ivory and engraving between the points. Most of Ron's cues with ivory between the points are 3 pointers. Cue has mitered bridged Ebony points with black/natural/black paper/double blue/black paper/white/black paper veneers, for a total of 8 veneers. There are Ivory engraved scales between each point. The Butt sleeve has four mitered veneer ivory boxes with extensive engraving. The are also four interrupted silver barbells with MOP dots between each box. Cue has a 5/16x14 piloted Ivory joint and Ivory butt cap, along with Ron's famous double silver ring work throughout the cue. The wrap is black Elephant Ear.
It is tough to come with the right words to describe a masterpiece like this cue. What can you say... Ron Haley is about as close to cuemaking perfection as you will find, and this cue is no exception. Every facet of this cue is flawlessly executed. This is as tasteful of a design as you will ever find. From the exquisite engraving, to the incredible veneer work, Ron's commitment to cuemaking excellence shines though in this cue.
I do not know where to begin in describing this cue. It has a classic design that has been executed to perfection. Every point and veneer is razor sharp and perfectly even. The Ivory Tiffany diamonds are also razor sharp. Ron's miter work on the windows in the butt sleeve is some of the best miter work I have ever seen. His Silver Stitch ring work is truly unique. This is my first Ron Haley cue and it will not be my last. |
